Product Overview
The Texas Instruments TPS563200DDCR is a 4.5V to 17V input, 3A synchronous step-down (buck) converter in a 6-pin SOT-23 package. Using D-CAP2 control topology, it provides fast transient response with no external compensation components required. The integrated 68mΩ high-side and 39mΩ low-side MOSFETs achieve high efficiency, while Advanced Eco-mode maintains efficiency at light loads.
