The KPHHS-1005SURCK from Kingbright is a red AlGaInP LED in 0402 package. With 630nm emission, 80mcd at 20mA, and 120-degree viewing angle, it provides visible red indicator illumination in the smallest standard surface-mount LED footprint.

The AlGaInP (Aluminum Gallium Indium Phosphide) LED chip emits red light at 630nm when forward biased. The 0402 ChipLED package uses a diffused epoxy lens for wide 120-degree viewing. The ultra-compact 1.0×0.5mm footprint enables indicator placement in the tightest spaces.
