The NTZD3152PT1G from onsemi is a P-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET rated at -30V and -0.45A in ultra-compact SOT-563. With logic-level gate threshold (min -0.7V), it can be driven directly from 1.8V/3.3V microcontrollers for load switching in portable devices.

When the gate-source voltage is more negative than the threshold voltage (-0.7 to -1.5V), the P-channel MOSFET conducts. The low threshold enables direct drive from low-voltage logic. The SOT-563 package at 1.6×1.2mm is one of the smallest MOSFET footprints available, ideal for space-constrained designs.
