The W25Q64JVSIQ is a 64Mbit (8MB) Serial NOR Flash from Winbond with Standard/Dual/Quad SPI and 133 MHz clock. As one of the most widely used SPI NOR Flash densities, it serves as the default code storage for many MCU and SoC designs, including STM32, ESP32, and NXP platforms. The SOIC-8 (208mil) package is supported by virtually all PCB design tools.

Serial NOR Flash with Standard/Dual/Quad SPI modes. In Quad SPI mode, all four IO lines transfer data for 4x read bandwidth, enabling fast XIP (Execute-in-Place) operation. Read/program/erase follow standard SPI NOR Flash protocol. 100K P/E endurance per sector with 20-year data retention.
