The WTR-2965 is a multi-band RF transceiver integrated circuit from Qualcomm, supporting LTE FDD, LTE TDD, WCDMA, and GSM cellular standards. This single-receive, single-transmit device integrates synthesizer, LO generation, and baseband I/Q interfaces in a compact 5x5mm flip-chip BGA package. The -0-59FOWNSP-TR-07-1 is the tape-and-reel production version for mid-tier mobile devices.
