The VLMB1500-GS08 from Vishay is a blue InGaN ChipLED in 0805 package. With 470nm emission, 45mcd at 5mA, and 130-degree viewing angle, it provides bright, uniform blue indicator illumination in a compact surface-mount footprint.

The InGaN (Indium Gallium Nitride) LED chip emits blue light at 470nm when forward biased. The 0805 ChipLED package uses a diffused lens to provide wide 130-degree viewing with uniform intensity distribution. The super-thin 0.35mm height suits tight-clearance applications.
