The GRM033R60J104KE19D is a 0201-size (0.60 x 0.30mm) multilayer ceramic capacitor from Murata’s GRM series, the company’s flagship high-dielectric-constant MLCC line. With 100nF capacitance in an ultra-miniature 0201 package, this capacitor achieves industry-leading volumetric efficiency through Murata’s advanced thin-layer dielectric and high-precision lamination technologies.

The X5R dielectric (EIA Class 2) provides a capacitance temperature coefficient of ±15% across the -55°C to +85°C operating range, making it well-suited for general consumer and industrial applications where stability across moderate temperature ranges is required. The 6.3V DC rating supports typical low-voltage power rail applications such as 3.3V and 1.8V supply decoupling.

Murata’s GRM series capacitors feature high-quality base metal electrode (BME) technology with nickel-barrier and tin-plated terminations, ensuring excellent solderability and long-term reliability.
