Product Overview
The SC33911BAC (MC33911BAC) is a LIN System Basis Chip (SBC) with DC motor pre-driver from NXP Semiconductors (formerly Freescale Semiconductor). This highly integrated device combines a LIN transceiver, a 5.0V low-dropout voltage regulator, configurable window watchdog, high-side and low-side drivers, and SPI-controlled diagnostics in a single package. It is specifically designed for automotive body electronics applications such as window lift, mirror control, door lock, and sunroof systems.
