Working Principle
The TLC2274A uses a LinCMOS process with a rail-to-rail output stage. The output stage uses a complementary common-source MOSFET pair that drives the output to within millivolts of both supply rails. The input stage uses a PMOS differential pair for low noise. The 2.18MHz GBW and 1.9V/us slew rate support active filter and sensor signal conditioning up to ~200kHz. The AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification ensures reliability in automotive under-hood and cabin applications. Device parametrics are guaranteed across the full -40 to +125C range.
