Working Principle
The DAC3203 uses a multi-bit sigma-delta DAC architecture with 128x oversampling. The interpolation filter upsamples the input data before the sigma-delta modulator. A continuous-time analog reconstruction filter eliminates the need for external filtering. The integrated headphone amplifier features ground-centered output (no DC blocking capacitor needed) with pop/click suppression during power transitions. Volume control and audio processing are configured via I2C registers.
