Product Overview
The ADM810LARTZ-REEL7 from Analog Devices is a microprocessor supervisory reset circuit with 2.93V threshold and 140 ms reset timeout. The push-pull active-low output provides a clean reset to the MCU during power-up, brownout, and power-down.

Working Principle
A precision voltage comparator monitors VCC against an internal trimmed 2.93V bandgap reference. When VCC falls below threshold, RESET asserts LOW. After VCC rises above threshold, the reset timeout circuit holds RESET LOW for 140 ms minimum to allow the MCU and power supply to stabilize. Push-pull output eliminates the need for an external pull-up resistor.
Applications
- MCU power-on reset
- Brownout detection
- System supervisor
- FPGA / CPU reset
