Product Overview
The AUIRLS3034-7TRL is an automotive-grade N-channel power MOSFET from Infineon Technologies, featuring the HEXFET® advanced process technology for extremely low on-resistance per silicon area. This 40V device is specifically designed for automotive applications, delivering 380A continuous drain current (silicon limited) with a typical on-resistance of just 1.0mΩ at 10V VGS. Packaged in a 7-pin D2PAK (TO-263 7-pin) surface-mount package, the AUIRLS3034-7TRL supports logic-level gate drive, fast switching speeds, and improved repetitive avalanche ratings.
