The C0603C100J5GAC7867 from YAGEO is a 10pF 50V C0G (NP0) MLCC in 0603 (1.6×0.8mm) package. C0G Class I dielectric provides +/-30 ppm/C temperature coefficient for rock-solid stability. 10pF is used in RF matching networks, crystal oscillator load capacitors, and antenna tuning. No DC bias, aging, or microphonic effects unlike Class II dielectrics.

Alternating nickel inner electrodes and C0G (titanium dioxide) ceramic dielectric layers stacked and co-fired. C0G is a paraelectric (non-ferroelectric) Class I dielectric with linear, predictable temperature response. No domain alignment under DC bias means capacitance is independent of applied voltage. No ferroelectric aging means capacitance does not decrease over time.
