The GD32F103RET6 is a high-density 32-bit microcontroller from GigaDevice featuring an ARM Cortex-M3 core operating at 108 MHz. With 512KB Flash and 64KB SRAM in an LQFP-64 package, it offers ample memory for complex embedded applications. The device includes comprehensive peripherals: 5 USARTs, 2 I2C, 3 SPI, 2 I2S, CAN 2.0B, USB FS Device, and SDIO. Its 3 ADC units with 16 channels and 2 DAC units enable precision analog signal processing. Suitable for industrial automation, motor control, and advanced IoT gateway applications requiring substantial program memory.
Built on the ARM Cortex-M3 architecture with nested vectored interrupt controller (NVIC) supporting 43 maskable interrupt channels. The 512KB Flash memory features a prefetch buffer enabling zero-wait-state execution at 108MHz. The 64KB SRAM is split into two banks allowing simultaneous access from the CPU and DMA. The clock tree includes an internal 8MHz RC oscillator, external 4-32MHz crystal, 32kHz RTC oscillator, and PLL for frequency multiplication up to 108MHz. Peripherals are organized on two APB buses with DMA support for efficient data movement without CPU intervention. Multiple low-power modes optimize power consumption for battery-operated devices.
