Product Overview
The ICL7660SIBAZT is a monolithic CMOS switched-capacitor voltage converter (charge pump) from Renesas Electronics (formerly Intersil). It inverts, doubles, divides, or multiplies an input voltage from 1.5V to 12V, with up to 45mA output current and 96% typical power efficiency. The SIBAZT variant is in an 8-pin SOIC (narrow) package with tape & reel packing and industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C).
