Operating at DDR3-1600 speed grade (800 MHz clock) with CL11 latency, the device supports standard 1.5V operation. The IM4G16D3FABG-125 uses double data rate architecture transferring data on both rising and falling clock edges. The 8n-prefetch architecture achieves high bandwidth by reading 8 data words per clock cycle internally. On-Die Termination (ODT) eliminates external termination resistors. Write leveling compensates for clock-to-strobe skew in multi-DIMM systems. The device supports programmable CAS latency, additive latency, and burst length for system timing optimization.
