IR11682STRPBF is a secondary-side synchronous rectifier driver for LLC converters, 200V maximum, DIP-8 package.

The IR11682STRPBF is an Infineon/IR power MOSFET or driver IC. MOSFET variants use a vertical trench-gate structure that minimizes on-resistance (RDS(on)) while maintaining high breakdown voltage. Superjunction technology further reduces conduction loss. The body diode provides reverse conduction. Driver variants use a charge-pump or bootstrap circuit to generate gate drive voltage above the supply rail, driving high-side N-channel MOSFETs in half-bridge configurations with adaptive dead-time control.
