The IRF9362TRPbF from Infineon is a -60V -6.8A P-channel power MOSFET in DPAK (TO-252) package. 0.25 ohm RDS(on) for high-side load switching and reverse polarity protection. DPAK surface-mount package for efficient PCB heatsinking. Lead-free (PbF) RoHS compliant.

A planar P-channel MOSFET with holes as majority carriers. Negative gate-source voltage creates an inversion channel connecting source and drain. P-channel is used for high-side switching because the gate can be driven relative to the source (connected to VCC), eliminating the need for a boost voltage.
