Product Overview
The ISL22414WFU10Z-TK is a single digitally controlled potentiometer (DCP) with 256 taps and 10kΩ resistance, manufactured by Renesas Electronics (formerly Intersil). Part of the XDCP™ (Digitally Controlled Potentiometer) family, this device integrates a DCP, control logic, and non-volatile memory on a monolithic CMOS integrated circuit. It features an SPI serial interface for write/read capability, daisy chain configuration support, and shutdown mode. The 14 general-purpose non-volatile registers can be used for storing multiple wiper positions or lookup table data. The ISL22414 supports dual supply operation for bipolar range applications and is housed in a compact 10-lead MSOP package.
