Product Overview
The JN5169 is an ultra-low-power, high-performance wireless microcontroller from NXP Semiconductors, designed for Zigbee and IEEE 802.15.4 applications. Featuring a 32-bit RISC processor with enhanced architecture, the device includes 512 KB of embedded Flash memory, 32 KB of RAM, and 4 KB of EEPROM, eliminating the need for external memory components and supporting over-the-air (OTA) firmware upgrades. The JN5169 integrates an IEEE 802.15.4 compliant 2.4 GHz transceiver with excellent link budget. With extremely low receive current (down to 13 mA) and sleep timer mode current (0.7 µA), the device enables exceptional battery life, allowing operation directly from coin cells.
