Product Overview
The STR710FZ2T6 is a 32-bit ARM7TDMI-based microcontroller from STMicroelectronics’ STR7 family, operating at up to 48 MHz with 256 KB of embedded Flash and 64 KB of SRAM. As the highest-specification device in the STR71xF series, it features a 144-pin LQFP package with an External Memory Interface (EMI) supporting up to 4 banks of external memory, plus USB 2.0 full-speed device, CAN 2.0B, four UARTs, two BSPI channels, two I2C interfaces, and a 4-channel 12-bit ADC. With its rich peripheral set, external memory expansion capability, and 32-bit ARM processing power, it provides a robust platform for industrial control, communication gateways, and data acquisition applications. The Z version offers lower power consumption compared to the A variant.
