Product Overview
The STM8S003F3U6TR is a value-line 8-bit microcontroller designed for cost-sensitive high-volume applications. Part of STMicroelectronics’ STM8S family, it features the advanced STM8 core with Harvard architecture operating at 16 MHz, 8 KB of Flash program memory, 1 KB of RAM, and 128 bytes of true data EEPROM supporting up to 100,000 write/erase cycles. The UFQFPN20 tape-and-reel package is optimized for automated high-volume assembly. With a wide 2.95V to 5.5V operating range, robust I/O design immune to current injection, and integrated clock oscillators and watchdog, it significantly reduces system cost and board space.
