Built around the enhanced STM8 CPU core with up to 16 MIPS throughput at 16 MHz, it features 8 KB of Flash program memory including up to 2 KB of data EEPROM with ECC, 1.5 KB of SRAM, and a comprehensive peripheral set in a compact UFQFPN20 package.
