Product Overview
The KBP206 is a 2A single-phase bridge rectifier with 600V reverse voltage rating, packaged in a compact KBP through-hole package. This silicon bridge rectifier consists of four glass-passivated diodes arranged in a full-wave bridge configuration, converting AC input voltage to pulsating DC output. With its 2A average forward current rating and 600V peak reverse voltage rating, the KBP206 is widely used in low-to-medium power AC-DC power supply applications. The device features low forward voltage drop, high surge current capability, and reliable operation over a wide temperature range. The KBP package provides easy through-hole mounting and good thermal performance for convection-cooled designs.
