LP2951-33DR is a 100mA micropower LDO regulator with 3.3V fixed output, error flag output, SOIC-8 package.

The LP2951-33DR is a Texas Instruments low-dropout linear regulator or power management IC. A precision bandgap reference sets the output voltage. An error amplifier compares a divided-down version of the output with the reference and drives a pass transistor to regulate output. Current limiting and thermal shutdown provide fault protection. Low quiescent current and high PSRR make it suitable for noise-sensitive RF and analog supply rails. Enable and power-good features support power sequencing in multi-rail systems.
