MCP100T-315I/TT is a voltage supervisor/reset IC with 3.15V threshold, active-low reset, open-drain output, SOT-23-3 package, industrial temperature range.

The MCP100T-315I/TT is a Microchip voltage supervisor or operational amplifier. The voltage supervisor monitors a supply rail against a precision threshold using an internal voltage reference and comparator. A programmable delay prevents false resets during supply transients. The open-drain reset output supports wired-OR connection of multiple supervisors. Op-amp variants provide low-input-bias-current CMOS amplification with rail-to-rail output swing for sensor signal conditioning.
