Working Principle
The P24C04C uses a 512×8 EEPROM array accessed through a standard I2C interface (SDA, SCL). The device supports byte and page write (16-byte page). Sequential read allows continuous reading of the entire memory. The I2C address is set by A0 and A1 pins, allowing up to 4 devices on the same bus. The WC (write control) pin provides hardware write protection. The 1.7V minimum supply voltage supports direct connection to 1.8V logic rails. AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification ensures reliability in automotive under-hood applications up to +125C.
