The 4096-word OTP program memory is addressed by a 12-bit program counter with an 8-level deep hardware stack for subroutine and interrupt handling. The USART module provides full-duplex asynchronous serial communication (UART mode) and half-duplex synchronous communication (SPI-like mode).
