S5K-E3/57T is a 5A, 600V silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) in TO-220AB package for AC switching.

The S5K-E3/57T is a Samsung image sensor using a CMOS active-pixel sensor (APS) array. Photodiodes convert incident photons to charge, which is read out row-by-row through correlated double sampling (CDS) to suppress reset noise. On-chip ADCs digitize the pixel signals. The sensor supports multiple readout modes (rolling/electronic shutter) and outputs raw Bayer data via MIPI CSI-2 or parallel interface. On-chip timing generators control integration time and frame rate.
