The SN74AHCT273DBR is a Texas Instruments logic or interface device implementing standard digital functions (buffers, gates, level shifters, or bus transceivers). CMOS or BiCMOS logic gates process input signals with propagation delays specified per the logic family. Input hysteresis (on Schmitt-trigger variants) improves noise immunity.
