The STM32F205VET6 is a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller from STMicroelectronics, based on the ARM Cortex-M3 core operating at up to 120 MHz. Featuring 512 Kbytes of Flash memory and 128 Kbytes of SRAM plus 4 Kbytes of backup SRAM in an LQFP-100 package, this device represents the high end of the STM32F2 series.
