Product Overview
The STM32F745VET6 is a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller from STMicroelectronics, featuring an ARM Cortex-M7 32-bit with DP-FPU and DSP operating at up to 216 MHz. It integrates 512 KB of Flash memory and 340 KB (320KB system + 16KB I-TCM + 4KB backup) of SRAM. Housed in a LQFP-100 package with 82 (up to 80 fast I/Os up to 108 MHz) I/O pins, this MCU offers an excellent balance of performance, peripheral integration, and power efficiency. The device operates from 1.7V to 3.6V and supports industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
