Working Principle
The STM32G0 series builds on Cortex-M0+ with ST-specific enhancements: the Event Generator (EGEN) creates events from analog comparators and ADC watchflags without CPU polling. The Inter-Integrated Circuit (I2C) supports SMBus/PMBus for power management. The FDCAN (FD-mode CAN) supports both classic and flexible data-rate CAN frames. The High-Resolution Timer (HRTIM) in G071 provides 184ps resolution for digital power control. Two DMA controllers handle peripheral-to-memory transfers autonomously.
