Product Overview
The STM32H743BIT6 is a high-performance 32-bit microcontroller from STMicroelectronics, featuring an ARM Cortex-M7 32-bit with DP-FPU and DSP operating at up to 480 MHz. It integrates 2 MB (dual bank, ECC, read-while-write) of Flash memory and 1 MB (192KB TCM + 864KB user + 4KB backup) of SRAM. Housed in a LQFP-208 package with Up to 168 I/O pins, this MCU offers an excellent balance of performance, peripheral integration, and power efficiency. The device operates from 1.62V to 3.6V and supports industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
