The SYR838 from Silergy is the 2A version of the SYR837 synchronous buck converter. With 4-40V input and 2A output, it handles higher power loads while maintaining the same compact SOT-23-6 footprint and simple design philosophy.

Same current-mode synchronous buck architecture as the SYR837 with higher current rating. The integrated MOSFETs are sized for 2A continuous operation. The 500kHz frequency and internal compensation minimize external component count. The wide 4-40V input directly supports 12V and 24V automotive/industrial buses.
