The Toshiba TLX9291A is an automotive-grade phototransistor photocoupler with 80V VCEO, 3750Vrms isolation, and CTR of 100-600% in a 4-pin SO (mini-flat) package. AEC-Q101 qualified, it provides galvanic isolation for signal transmission in HEV/EV applications.
