TPS76330DBVR is a 150mA ultra-low-dropout regulator with 3.0V fixed output, 150mV dropout at 150mA, SOT-23-5 package.

The TPS76330DBVR is a Texas Instruments low-dropout linear regulator or power management IC. A precision bandgap reference sets the output voltage. An error amplifier compares a divided-down version of the output with the reference and drives a pass transistor to regulate output. Current limiting and thermal shutdown provide fault protection. Low quiescent current and high PSRR make it suitable for noise-sensitive RF and analog supply rails. Enable and power-good features support power sequencing in multi-rail systems.
