The 32MB capacity is the largest available in an 8-pin SPI NOR Flash, making it suitable for large firmware images, embedded Linux rootfs, AI/ML model storage, and data logging. The VDFN-8 (WSON 6x5mm) package provides a compact footprint with exposed pad for thermal dissipation.

Serial NOR Flash with 4-byte address mode for 256Mbit density. Standard/Dual/Quad SPI and QPI modes supported. 4-byte address commands required to access the full 32MB space. All other operations (read, program, erase) follow standard SPI NOR Flash protocol with extended address support.
