ATS20ANY is a TDK NTC thermistor, 20 ohm at 25C, for inrush current limiting in switching power supplies.
The ATS20ANY is a Microchip/Atmel touch controller or microcontroller. For touch variants, capacitive sensing measures charge transfer between a sense electrode and a reference, detecting finger proximity as a capacitance increase. A sigma-delta CSD (Capacitive Sigma Delta) algorithm converts the capacitance change to a digital count. For MCU variants, an ARM or AVR core executes application firmware with integrated peripherals for GPIO, timers, and communication.
